ab 10.04.2000 für 150 Dram.
▲ According to later changes of postal rates, the face value of this stamp was changed too. Initially, the value of this
black overprint on stamp NKR 1.3 was for 100 dram, from 10 April 2000 it was for 150 dram.
▲ Anmerkung:
Diese mögliche Nachauflage von Marke NKR 2.2 unterscheidet sich
von der Erstauflage nur sehr geringfügig durch eine andere Aufdruck-Type des X.
Allgemein lässt sich feststellen, dass bei der mutmaßlichen Erstauflage eine rußigere Aufdruckfarbe verwendet wurde.

Stamps of the second print run differ from stamps of the first one only slightly by a little different overprint type of the X.
Generally, one can also notice a more sooty overprint paint of the first print run, I think.
